AARON WONG (SINGAPORE)
Aaron Wong is one of the most published and recognised underwater photographers in Asia. With over a decade of field experience, Aaron’s images and his trademark lighting technique have won him international acclaim. Aaron has also created the campaign, SINGAPORE WITHOUT FINS, to achieve a ban on the consumption of shark fin in Singapore. Together with Asian Diver magazine and Asia Dive Expo (ADEX), the campaign aims to collect self-portraits of people covering their mouths through social media and consolidate them into a “petition of faces”.

EUNJAE IM (SOUTH KOREA)
EunJae Im is an underwater photographer and videographer. He is the director and DoP at Underwater Imaging Productions (uwimage.kr), and the founder of Underwater.kr, the online community for underwater photographer & videographer in Korea. EunJae had worked on a number of broadcast & advertising productions including the National Geographic, Canon USA, Samsung, Korean Air, KBS, MBC and his award winning films and images also appear frequently in international/domestic venue, magazines and books.

DAVID STRIKE (AUSTRALIA)
With a strong background in military, commercial, recreational and technical diving, David Strike authored several hundred articles about diving, is the recipient of the ADEX ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for contributions to Technical Diving, a Fellow of the Explorers Club of New York, and co-organiser of the biennial OZTeK Technical Diving Conference.

TIM HO (MALAYSIA)
Tim Ho left the city in 2009 to become a full-time dive instructor, but today he sees himself as just a “full-time diver”. When he’s not teaching dive courses, he works as a videographer on a liveaboard as well as contributes photos and articles to various magazines. He also organises specialised “dive and shoot” trips for people who want to do two-hour-long dives with the best guides and spotters available. Over the years, Tim’s adventures have seen him based across Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, but he is currently spending his time in the Philippines.

DADA LI (CHINA)
There was a girl who got addicted to the feeling of freedom since her first free dive in the crystal blue ocean, which made her believe she was a mermaid in her previous life. With this belief, she practiced almost every single day, making her own tail to realise the mermaid dream. Her name is Dada Li. She has been wandering within the blue, advancing to become an underwater model, as well as an AIDA international Freediving Instructor and Judge.

HIDY YU (HONG KONG)
Hidy started modeling at a young age of 18 and was the 2011 Miss Scuba International Ambassador. She is a dive instructor qualified by NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors) and also the Naui Worldwide Ambassador. Hidy has participated 3 action movies［Kick Ass Girls, 紅毛道士, Special Female Force (in production). Her hobbies include Ultra Trail, Boxing, Running, Hiking, Yoga, Traveling, Eating, Movies and Diving!

DAVE HARASTI (AUSTRALIA)
Dr Dave Harasti is a Research Scientist for Fisheries NSW in Australia who specialises in threatened species (sharks, seahorses and turtles) and marine protected areas research. His doctorate study was on the biology, ecology and conservation of seahorses and he is one of the world experts in seahorses.

A.G. SANO (PHILIPPINES)
A.G. Saño is a professional photographer whose works have appeared in different international and local media. He is a conservationist who has been involved in whale and dolphin research for the past 14 years. He has also done assignments on sea turtles, dugong habitats, sharks and other environmental work with reputable NGO’s and institutions such as WWF, Greenpeace, RARE, Conservation International, Silliman University, LAMAVE, PFEC, among others. He is a co founder of Balyena.org, a non profit group undertaking marine mammal conservation efforts in the country.

ANUAR ABDULLAH (MALAYSIA)
Anuar Abdullah is a self-taught artist who has worked on underwater subjects in his illustrations. His drive in art is initiated for the purpose of instilling awareness for conservation of the coral reefs and marine habitats. He started out as a scuba diver in 1985. The obsession with coral reefs led to him writing several research papers on coral rehabilitation, especially those pertaining to breeding corals in their natural environments. He has also written a textbook on coral propagation using techniques and methodology he created. Anuar now runs coral propagation programs around Malaysia.
