Asim Mohamed Fulhu is the owner and founder of Maafushi Dive and Water Sports Centre in Maldives. He started diving and dipped in various water sports from a tender age of 10. He is now a PADI ICD Staff instructor and also a qualified fly board and kite surfing instructor. He leads a team of 18 staff that includes dive instructors, dive masters and water sports instructors and guides. A believer in training and employing locals, he initiated an internship program for Maldivians as a part of his support in training the local community


Hidy started modeling at a young age of 18 and was the 2011 Miss Scuba International Ambassador. She is a dive instructor qualified by NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors) and also the Naui Worldwide Ambassador. Hidy has participated 3 action movies[Kick Ass Girls, 紅毛道士, Special Female Force (in production). Her hobbies include Ultra Trail, Boxing, Running, Hiking, Yoga, Traveling, Eating, Movie, for sure DIVING!

KacperLepicki.png  KACPER LEPICKI (POLAND)

Born in Poland, Kacper Lepicki moved to China with his parents at the age of two, and started playing with stunt kites when he was around four years old. When he was seven, he had his first kitesurfing experience in Boracay in the Philippines. He progressed quickly, and in 2016 travelled to Costa Brava in Spain to compete in the World Kitesurfing Youth Cup. Although it was Kacper’s first-ever competition, he won the 2016 Junior World Championship title in the U11 age group.


Born in Germany by the sea, Kathrin started windsurfing at the age of 12 and started kiting in 2000, while living in Egypt. She is a 5-time winner of the Kiteboardtour Asia, 2nd in the Kitetour Europe and 2nd in the Masters World Championships Racing in Sardinia. She started Kitekidscamps 6 years ago in Germany and was happy to support KTA with the Kitekidstour to promote the sport to kids all around the globe. She supports kitesurfing projects in less developed areas to grow tourism through the sports.

Ollie O’Reilly is the Starboards product manager for SUP, responsible for overseeing all design and development through to production. As a passionate surfer and SUP racer, Ollie is committed to developing sustainable innovations to help preserve a cleaner ocean for the future.


Paula Rosales is a board sports enthusiast. With a degree in organisational communication and advertising management, she is the head event director for the Blue Palawan Kiteboard Open – Asia’s first and only kiteboard terrain park. Shehas many projects on the go, including her Republ1c Lifestyle Store.


Robby has competed in a number of KTA (Kiteboard Tour Asia) events where he competes professionally at the same level as the men and he is the number 1 junior in racing.  Kiteboarding is a unique sport where juniors can compete at the same level as the men, as they are not restricted by strength and size. Robby is on a journey, where his real goal is to win and make history by winning the first ever Olympic Medal in the Youth Olympics, Buenos Aires, Argentina 2018 for Singapore, where there will be Kiteboarding racing for the first time. What is remarkable is that Robby only started kiteboarding a year ago and already a sponsored team rider for a top brand.

A world champion windsurfer, stand up paddle boarder and yoga enthusiast, Svein Rasmussen is a well known in the world of board sports. He started his career as an Olympic windsurfer before becoming a board builder and environmental activist. His latest mission is to revolutionise the production of surfboards to make them eco-friendly.
