Organised by Enlightened Creations, an innovative culture-centric hub, together with GuoYe Culture, together developed Ocean Carnival China 2019 that will promote marine conservation through a host of cultural and ocean-themed events. The Ocean Carnival that will be held in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and Hainan, will feature ADEX China 2019 a marine-conservation-themed music festival, marine-themed film screenings and mermaid shows amongst other activities.
